Real beef or a publicity stunt? Kevin Durant chatted with Cinesport’s Noah Coslov about various topics, including the omission of his former teammate James Harden from the list of Top 10 players by Sports Illustrated. He proceeded to say that Dwyane Wade, who was No. 8 on the list, should be replaced by Harden without getting into the details on why he thinks that should be the case. Wade apparently found out what was said by the Oklahoma City Thunder superstar and

Tweet of the Night: Steve Kerr and Shane Battier don’t support the idea of nickname jerseys
The NBA is a business, and every year, it doesn’t hesitate to try something new and bold to see what various business opportunities may be out there. They’ve tried working in ideas like microfiber composite balls, sleeved jerseys to labeling team names in Spanish on certain nights. Some have worked and others, like the non-leather ball, have not. The newest idea heading into the upcoming season is to sell the nicknames of certain players, and the Miami Heat and Brooklyn Nets may

His career started with the Houston Rockets but was shipped to their D-League affiliate the Rio Grande Valley Vipers during the season. The 6-foot-8 forward is now on the Philadelphia 76ers roster after being traded in early July. White has a severe anxiety disorder which makes him scared to fly and he also suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder. In turn, those illnesses affect

European basketball, aka EuroBasket, is well represented by notable NBA players (former and current), and plenty of them were in action on Friday in the semi-finals between Spain and France. France boasted a lineup of Tony Parker, Nicolas Batum, Boris Diaw, Alexis Ajinca and Mickael Gelabale. Spain also had plenty of familiar names like Marc Gasol, Ricky Rubio, Jose Calderon, Rudy Fernandez and Victor Claver. Unfortunately for Spain, they were missing two key players in Pau Gasol and Juan Carlos Navarro.
