When ESPN ranked the Top 10 point guards of all-time on Tuesday, some were unhappy with certain omissions. Others simply didn’t agree with the order. Because a lot of this involves personal opinion and preference without a proper guideline, it’s hard to say what the right order really is. Are you judged on longevity? How dominant you were in your prime? A combination of those things and the number of championships won? Number of All-Star selections? No one really has an answer
Tweet of the Night: Jamal Crawford can’t believe Gary Payton is not listed in ESPN’s Top 10 point guards of all-time
Anytime you do a Top-10 anything, there’s bound to be disagreements and some level of controversy. ESPN, well known for ranking players prior to the start of the season, is posting Top-10 players of all-time at every position and started with point guards on Tuesday. [Read more…]
Tweet of the Night: Trevor Booker excited to see Draymond Green and Hassan Whiteside go at it after offseason trash talk
It’s no secret that the Golden State Warriors were able to win their first championship in 40 years largely by going to the unconventional small ball lineup when it mattered the most. For whatever reason, Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside took a shot at the concept of small ball during the offseason. It’s unclear if Whiteside was referring to what the Warriors did specifically, but the center was adamant that he could dominate any matchup if a team went small against him. In

Green has always been known for being a Swiss Army Knife on the floor, but he has truly put it all together this season on both ends from

The victory – the Kings’ 14th win of the season – gave Karl his 1,156th win, moving him past the great Phil Jackson to put him in sole possession of fifth place on the all-time NBA coaching wins list. Karl
