At the end of the film Se7en, Detective Mills, played by Brad Pitt, gets into an argument with serial killer Jon Doe, played by Kevin Spacey. Doe claims what he is doing will be remembered forever. Mills dismisses him by saying, “You’re no messiah. You’re a Movie of the Week. You’re a T-shirt, at best.” That’s about where Linsanity is right now. It’s not Lin’s fault that his novelty has somewhat worn off. He is still playing pretty well, as evidenced by

Scouting Take: Mike Moser of UNLV
Are you a big fan of a scary combination of skill and athleticism at the forward position, and effort-induced intangibles? If so, you’ll enjoy watching UNLV’s Mike Moser, who is making some noise on scouting radars everywhere. You may have heard Moser’s name associated with his old school, UCLA, but he was never an issue for Coach Ben Howland despite deciding to jump ship to Sin City. Hamilton: Nate McMillan should replace Mike D’Antoni as Knicks coach
NEW YORK – Back in May 2008, Mike D’Antoni bolted the Phoenix Suns for the skyscrapers of the Big Apple. Although he spent five seasons coaching in the desert, he’s never felt the heat like this. Not even in Miami. Sadly, the sun seems to be setting on Mike D’Antoni’s tenure in New York, and Nate McMillan might make some sense as a potential replacement. (Assuming, of course, that Phil Jackson is not interested – a topic addressed on this site
