NEW YORK — The NBA’s VP of violence has spoken, and the latest instance of violence in the Association will not go unpunished. Indiana’s Roy Hibbert and Golden State’s David Lee have each been suspended one game without pay for instigating an altercation that spilled into the stands at Bankers Life Fieldhouse during the Pacers’ victory over Golden State on Tuesday night.
