Instant replay to include flagrant fouls, charges, goaltending
NBA owners voted unanimously Thursday in approving the use of instant replay for three more types of plays. Flagrant fouls will now be reviewed at all times. After a referee calls a flagrant foul, the crew will use replay to determine whether the foul is a flagrant-1, flagrant-2 or a common foul.
