You never know what might happen in the NBA. Against the lowly Kings, I didn’t think LeBron James would need to play more than 30 minutes. Instead, he scored a season-high 40 points, handed out a career-high 16 assists and grabbed eight rebounds in almost 48 minutes on the floor. [Read more…]
Sometimes the Nuggets remind you of a 4×100 relay team at a track meet. They sprinted to 35 points in the first quarter and the Lakers had no answer. Denver finished with 33 points on the fast break, the Lakers three; L.A. was also outscored 78-50 in the paint because they allowed a lot of dunks and layups. [Read more…]
