I predicted a Timberwolves upset over the Pacers, but it was not to be. Paul George/IND and George Hill/IND were brilliant and a suffocating Indiana defense effectively cut off the Wolves’ outside shooting. We witnessed two world class blowouts yesterday, as the Chicago Bulls and the Utah Jazz were no match for the Los Angeles Clippers and the Oklahoma City Thunder respectively. The tightest game featured the visiting Suns ousting a determined Orlando Magic. In Oklahoma, the Thunder rallied to win the expected shootout against the Nuggets. I’m not a doctor and haven’t seen the MRI, but my ‘diagnosis’ is, the desert heat in Phoenix would be a miracle cure. For fantasy purposes, he’s out indefinitely.
