The Dallas Mavericks on Friday signed swingman Kelenna Azubuike, who has not played in the NBA in more than a year. Azubuike played three-plus seasons with the Golden State Warriors before suffering a torn patellar tendon in November 2010. Gilbert Arenas is back in the NBA, officially signing Tuesday with the Memphis Grizzlies. Released under the amnesty clause in December – and still due more than $60 million from the Orlando Magic – Arenas worked out for the Grizzlies on Monday. A year ago, J.J. Hickson was in the running for the NBA’s Most Improved Player. Now he’s not even an NBA player. Hickson, 23, was waived Monday by the Sacramento Kings, the team announced. Yahoo!
