The Oklahoma City Thunder and Memphis Grizzlies meet Wednesday night in FedEx Forum, the site of their postseason meeting last year that was undoubtedly the best game of the playoffs. I am on the Bulls bandwagon, I think they’ll play (and defeat) the Thunder or the Grizzlies in the NBA finals, I think the MVP debate is shaping up this preseason as a three-way race between Kevin Durant, Chris Paul and Derrick Rose, and I’ve got Kemba Walker of the Charlotte Bobcats as my Rookie of the Year. I am a big fan of Kevin Durant’s. He was a pleasure to cover at the 2010 World Championship in Istanbul (even though he confused me with Bill Simmons and thought, incorrectly, that I was the guy at ESPN who predicted Team USA would not win the gold medal).
