Every year, NBA rookies enter the Rookie Transition Program—a mandatory multi-day seminar with interactive workshops, counseling sessions and guest appearances from current and former NBA athletes. As with anything, there are rules that must be adhered to when in attendance. Sometimes, however, those rules are broken.
