SAN ANTONIO — If the Spurs are going to maintain their incredible winning streak, they’ll have to do so without two of their top reserves. Manu Ginobili was examined by team physician Dr. David Schmidt today in San Antonio.  An MRI confirmed that Ginobili suffered a left internal oblique strain.
