We’ve got to be able to get inside of defenses.” It doesn’t matter that the Grizzlies have been at or near the top of the league for most of the season.

Reports: Wolves Want to Make Max Offer to Eric Bledsoe, Suns Don’t
The Minnesota Timberwolves reportedly will offer Phoenix Suns restricted free agent guard Eric Bledsoe a maximum four-year, $63 million contract. According to Fox10 in Phoenix and ESPN, the offer is designed to engage the Suns in a sign-and-trade for Bledsoe, by far the best remaining free agent on the market. However, the report did not say that Minnesota had formally made the offer, because the Timberwolves cannot. They are $6 million over the salary cap and would have to trade enough players to get
Report: Cavs, Wolves Reach Agreement on Kevin Love Trade
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Minnesota Timberwolves have reached an agreement in principle that would send All-Star forward Kevin Love to the Cavs, according to a report from Yahoo! Sports. According to the report, the Timberwolves receive Andrew Wiggins, the top pick in this year’s draft; Anthony Bennett, the top pick in last year’s draft who struggled as a rookie; and a 2015 protected first-round pick. Three-Man Weave: What Deal Should Wolves Take for Love?

It’s draft day, and the Cavaliers are on the clock. The Cavs have made it clear to teams that if they trade the No. 1 pick, they want proper compensation in terms of a lottery pick, or two, and a veteran player capable of helping next season. I am hearing that Philadelphia and Boston are still in the mix. This morning the Orlando Magic pulled the trigger on a deal that sent Aaron Afflalo to the Denver Nuggets for Evan Fournier
Mock Draft 8.0: LeBron in play for the Cavs
The NBA Draft was overshadowed today when news broke that LeBron James will be opting out of his contract with the Miami Heat. The four-time MVP had been rumored to be leaning towards opting out, but today his agent, Rich Paul of Klutch Sports Management, confirmed that LeBron informed the Heat of his decision. Unlike four years ago, LeBron no longer shares an agency with Chris Bosh or Dwyane Wade. Today LeBron James is his own entity, and having endured a
Schayes: In the NBA, Sometimes You Can Go Home Again
Last week, stars Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett played a road game. But not just any road game. It was perhaps the most significant road game of their careers. The future Hall of Famers returned for the first time to basketball-bonkers Boston, the city where they won hearts and championships. The former Celtics were given a warm welcome that included video tributes and had an emotional evening. In this era of free agency, many players have a similar experience. They move from a
